Me: Along, I want to wash my jeans. Jeans have to be seperated with normal clothing is it?
Along: Ye
Me: Can I mix a jeans with jeans though?
Along: *Kept silence*
Me: Oi, jawab la. Is it so hard to answer?
Along: Malas nak layan. Common sense. Bende basic pun tak tau.
Me: Ala. Sama la with u. Asked my with basic computer stuffs. Guna pc pun tatau.

It’s 20th December and it’s baby Keith new full-moon anniversary!
Wait a sec.. Who’s is the baby and what is full moon party anyway? Well, here’s the cute pix of Baby Keith:

Keith is actually the newborn of Tim Chan (my boss) and his wifey, Wendy. According to Jean, New full-moon party is some sort of chinese customs to celebrate the newborn’s first month. So to celebrate this boss has invited us to the party which is held at The Mills, Grand Millennium KL.
So we (me, Zaki, Iftitah and Jean) hailed over to GM for the celebration (and more importantly, for the food XD).
The food selection. It was actually longer and got more different section but I was too busy with the food that I forgot to snap the rest of the sections pix

Me on the other hand was too busy with my food that I forgot about anything else!

There’s a lof of Tim’s relatives and friends coming on the day. He actually booked almost all of the buffet tables for the day. Bravo boss! (looks like there’s a chance for good bonus this year )

After the nice meal, we went to the office for a while because Iftitah wanted to pickup some stuff. Unfortunately, when Zaki was trying to adjusting his car at the parking he did something terribly bad to his sparkling brand new rims.

After long discussions with everyone (well, not everyone but almost majority of confirmed attendees) we had finalized a lot of issues regarding the event and I would like to share with all of us the things that had been discussed and finalized during the meet-up at Fariz Maju today.
1) Event Location & Details
- Event will be held at Residence Desa Lagoon Resort, Port Dickson. Please click here for more info on the venue.
- Event is on 1st of January (Friday) till 2nd of January 2010.
- Sharing one resort for everyone but there’s separate room for ladies and gents
2) Transportation Arrangement
- We’ll do car pooling to get to the location. Don’t worry, there’s enough space for everyone.
- Please gathered at restaurant Al-Fariz Maju on the 1st of January (Friday) at 9.00 am sharp. Alternatively, you can gather at my house around 8.30 am.
- Car to Port Dickson will be leaving from Al-Fariz Maju at 10.00 am sharp (lambat tinggal ) Expected to arrive PD arround 11.00 am.
- Later at PD, we will discuss on when we will be going back home but we have to check out from the resort on 2nd January 2010, 12.00 pm.
3) Payment
- The cost for this event is RM100 per head only.
- Please make your payment to me or Farouq Bahrain (012-6273637) before end of Monday, 21 December 2009. Alternatively you can bank in your payment to my cimb account no: 04060070822528 Zam Hizami Ahmad Khudri. Do update me when payment has been made.
- If you can’t make the payment before mentioned time, please please please contact me or Farouq and we can discuss further on it.
- The cost is to cover all the expenses for the trip which is (a) transportation cost (petrol, tol, etc) (b) BBQ party food and stuffs (c) accommodations (d) any other cost incurred for the event. We will discuss on how we spent the money during the day so don’t worry kay

Hi.
I got the chance to test out one of the latest apple creation; the magic mouse few weeks back. I was at one utama with Zaki for some stuffs and apple store (Mac Studio) was around the corner. Since I'm very keen to try the new mouse (was actually considering to buy one for myself) we hailed over to the store and luckily enough, there's one test unit available.

The verdict:
1. I really like the mouse design and built quality. The design is very clean and the built quality feels robust. It's no suprise since the base of it was made of unpolished aluminum.
2. Might be rather confusing as there is nothing at all on top of the mouse. Just a clear surface without any hints on how to use it. But once you get used to it, its actually really fun to use. Click and scroll was responsive.
3. However, I was rather disappointed to know that the mouse only support up to 2 fingers gesture. Yep, you cant use 4 fingers sweeping or even "zoom-and-pinch" on this mouse. This is rather disappointing because for me it should be as good as the multi-touch trackpad. Hmmph…
4. My final word is that it is a good mouse, but its not the best until it supports 4 fingers gesture and other good functions as you get with your multi-touch trackpad. I am not going to buy the mouse until it supports it. Anyway I believe its a matter of time before Apple will put those functions on the magic mouse and users who bought it now will also get those features through software updates.

If you have a mac and pc and u are a fan of RDP, you knew that mac does not support RDP. As a result, it’s not possible to remote desktop your mac using your favorite RDP client.
so, how to solve the issue? very simple. run VNC server from your mac and access it using VNC Client/Viewer from your Tingkap (windows) machine.
Here’s the view on how it looks like on both mac and pc:
I’m running Vine Server from my mac. You can download it here. Don’t forget to put access password for client connection or better still, enable SSH for the login.
On tingkap XP, i use tightVNC as the VNC client. Download your tightVNC client here.
Well, thats it folks. Actually its very simple and straight forward and the procedure is almost “fool-proof”. Just thought of sharing with you guys since googling “remote desktop to a mac from windows” doesn’t throw me a good search result.

Ladies and gentlemen, as promised… introducing… painkiller’s Mac Mini! Hehehe :-p
I bought this little fella many months ago, before ramadhan months started if im not mistaken.
well frankly i bought this little bugger because of some personal projects coming and i require a good desktop pc. was thinking of building a new desktop (since my P4 dead because of motherboard failure) but after been “poisoned” by Iftitah, I finally made my mind to try my first ever mac.
I thought if mac os x sucks I still can install Windows XP and use it on daily basis. The hardware specs is quite good, costs me around 2k (CPU only; without keyboard, mouse, monitor and everything else – end up paying extra 400 bux to complete the whole thing) Initially was going to use that black mouse but damn… there is no such thing as PS2 to USB converter ya?
so I bought that keyboard and mouse combo instead. Its a Logitech Cordless Desktop S530 Laser for Mac. Initially was thinking of buying mac keyboard and normal USB mouse but…. it turns out that the difference of price for mac accessories sold at shop and online is around 30~50 bux! I was damn annoyed for it (the damn keyboard costs around 190 bux, 30 bux extra from the Apple Store) and end up pay extra few couple bux for the keyboard and mouse combo. Puas hati aku!
well.. what can I say about this little fella? frankly speaking although I was a mac-hater before (hell yeah.. linux rulezz!!) once I tried the mac os x (the Apple operating system) I felt in love with it. It was stunning! Graphic was nice (well frankly compiz effect was better but thats one hell different story considering the efforts to compile all the packages and stuffs), the OS itself is very stable and robust and thing I love most is the software/hardware integration. It was simply magic! Because Apple controls the hardware of its computers, they are able to control and integrate every aspect of the OS with the hardware that comes with it.. to simply put, everything works beautifully! What they offer on their product brochures simple works.. and without much hassle. Beautiful! Even my brother in law who is not a computer savvy guy felt in love with this little bugger the moment he used it and as a result, he’s going to buy his own iMac next year. Wohoo~
I love my mac. Well frankly im in a deep love with it and early next year InsyaAllah, im going to buy a Dell Mini 10v so that I can install a hackintosh with it. A netbook with mac os x.. sounds yummy rite?
I am going to stop here. I can mumble all night talking about the greatness of a mac but.. we’ll save it for the next time yeah? viva la apple!

Greetings guys.
Alhamdulillah, after few months “dead”, finally I got the right time to “resurrect” my personal blog. Been very busy with the work, and as such it took me long before I finally have the right time (and attitude ) to repair back the whole blog structure.
Well I’m sure you will ask me, what happened to the last blog? Simply said, it was hacked. Darn. Unfortunately, unlike Zaid who is lucky (well his was hacked too but his database was intact so it took him little effort to up back his “i-am-gay-otaku-and-this-is-my-x-blog” =P) mine was totally in a “bye-bye” state that I have to rebuild everything from scratch. Darn you hacker!
I’m sure if Nan read this post he’ll laugh his ass off on me but bro, before you do so please teach me on how to secure wordpress blog directory. Onegaishimassu! 
Other than that life been busy with work and play. Oh yeah, I’m officially a mac user and I’m lovin’ it! Will blog about my mac on separate post later.
Finally, the blog is still on customization and optimization so if u noticed loading is slow or timed out a bit, well you know that I’m doing something at the back ya!
